FAQ

How do allowance and top-up balance work together?

Subscriptions provide a monthly API-equivalent allowance. Top-up balance is additional API spending. Once allowance is used, balance can continue paying by token usage.

Do I need Pro if I only want the API?

No. API-only users can create keys and top up directly. Pro / Max / Ultra are for product benefits plus shared allowance.

Do local CLI integrations count as API usage?

Yes. Claude Code CLI, Codex, and OpenClaw calls through the DeepAILab gateway share the same usage ledger as API keys and DAL products.
