- Do not attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, quota controls, billing controls, or security boundaries.
- Do not use DeepAILab to create, upload, or distribute unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or rights-infringing content.
- Do not probe, scan, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with DeepAILab systems except where expressly permitted in writing.
4. APIs, Models, and Outputs
DeepAILab provides tools for invoking models, managing API access, routing requests, and reviewing usage. Model behavior and output quality can vary by provider, configuration, and input.
You are responsible for evaluating outputs before relying on them, especially for legal, medical, financial, safety, employment, or other high-impact use cases.
5. Plans and Billing
Paid plans, prepaid API balance, overage usage, taxes, and renewal terms are presented during checkout or in the product. You authorize DeepAILab and its payment processors to charge applicable amounts.
Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation affects future renewal charges and does not automatically refund prior charges.
6. Customer Content and Data
You retain rights to customer content you submit to DeepAILab, subject to the rights needed for DeepAILab to operate, secure, support, and improve the services.
You must have the rights and permissions required to submit content, connect data sources, and use outputs in your intended workflows.
7. Availability and Changes
DeepAILab works to maintain reliable service, but uptime, latency, model access, and feature availability can vary. We may modify, limit, or discontinue features as services evolve.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after the effective date of updated terms means you accept the updated terms.
8. Disclaimers and Liability
DeepAILab is provided on an as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that outputs are accurate, complete, or suitable for a specific purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeepAILab will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
